Moving to EE

I moved my number from giff gaff to EE yesterday as of today my giff gaff number was already showing in the imessage settings for “send&receive” messages. But i tried sending messages and even calling and it’s still now working. How would i know when the transfer is complete

Hi @enny2 It's great news that you've moved over to EE, thanks for choosing EE as your network.

Your number will usually be transferred the next working day if you submit the your PAC before 5.30pm.

If your number hasn't ported yet, I'd recommend restarting your phone, as that can help.
