My current phone (Pixel 4A 5G) runs on an eSIM. I have bought a new phone. What is the process to movemy eSIM to my new phone (Pixel 7a). Whenever Isearch for this i get directed to an upgrade page!

You'll just need to order a replacement eSIM to register with your new phone.
