I was persuaded to move from BT mobile to EE. With BT i had 10gb of data plus unlimited texts and calls but also free roaming.
Now with EE i have 20gb of data which i will never use for same price but have lost the roaming.
Can i move back to BT mobile as i consider i have been persuaded to move to a inferior product. Move to EE took place 2 weeks ago.

Thanks for this, agree the people have been very nice, but some dont have any knowledge and the process is appalling. Just entered a 2 year contract with a 14 day cooling off period . I’ll check out the uswitch you suggested and keep my fingers crossed EE can sort this in the meatime . It does appear there are a lot of people this is happening to tho

We too are on a 2 year contract for Broadband and TV but for some fortunate reason the mobiles were put on a 30day rolling one- maybe that's what we had at BT too though as very satisfied there, didn't really take note! There was no penalty on the Broadband/TV package price for removing the mobiles contract

Hi, I’ve just got a result today! They listened to the calls and have honoured what they offered me . Anyone in the same position I would definitely make sure you are 100% sure what you are switching to (which I was) and /or check independently yourself on the website what they do offer. All in all very stressful, but got the result and the staff could not have been nicer …just need a bit more training at point of sale !

Great news!
Agree. We too spoke to some great and helpful staff though there was a fair bit of passing from pillar to post! I reckon we spent maybe 15hrs on the phone over a couple of weeks and a lot of time on hold. Indeed very stressful. This is unacceptable. Suspect understaffing (like everywhere else!) and consequently maybe the migration from BT is happening too fast for their system.
If they simply honoured the roaming migrating BT customers who had it, many of these reported problems would be solved. £2.50 a day is a rip off in my opinion for something you are paying about 35p for at home and had for free before. I think in time they will loose a lot of customers on this one.
