I have recently purchased a monthly SIM card and to keep my original number from a different provider. It says 1-2 days delivery but I still haven’t received anything and on the email when I ordered it said my number will be changed over in the next 24 hours? Am I receiving a SIM card? I haven’t had any other updates for it and if I am how long will it take?

Your new EE SIM will have a temporary number assigned when you first receive it. If a PAC was supplied as part of the order, that will be submitted when you first activate the new SIM onto EE's network.
A port-in date will be set then, usually the following working day. This assumes activation during normal working hours - if during the evening, add an extra working day to these timescales.

If your SIM is activated this afternoon, your PAC will be submitted today and port-in most likely set for Monday 13th.
It won't port today or over the weekend.
