hi I’ve lost my SIM card while abroad and need a new one (but want to keep my number, and subscription plan as is). How do I get a new one?

Welcome to the community,

Are you now back in the UK?

You will need to let EE customer service know, which you can do either by ringing them either using Skype or another phone or going into an EE high street store with ID in order to get a replacement SIM card and also make sure that your lost SIM card is blocked.

Even if abroad you will need to let EE know, so that they can block it and send a replacement to your UK address.

Here are the numbers you can ring:

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using Skype or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.
