Lost sim card

Basically I’m in Australia now but wanted to keep my English number as it’s linked to things. I lost my SIM card here and I need it to get onto Amazon and various other things. Now I tried setting up e sim but I can’t receive the activation pin as I don’t have my old sim card. So I guess my only option is get the sim card sent over here? Any ideas? Thanks

@Liamv123   You can not setup an eSim when out of the UK.  You will have to call customer services to request a replacement SIM card and that sim will be sent to your billing address,  someone will then need to activate that SIM card within the UK and then post it to you.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
