Lost / Stolen phone want to "call" ee but not phone to call

Hello,

My phone was stolen. I want to active my ee esim on another phone but it says I need to call ee. How can I call them without a sim in a phone? Do I need to buy another ee sim for the day?

You can contact EE-CS from any working phone, it need not be a mobile or an EE one. If necessary, ask a friend or relative to use their phone?
