I’ve lost my pay as you go monthly sim card, I’ve been into the EE shop and they’re saying they won’t replace it because it’s not registered…. How do i do this and is there another way to get a new sim card with the same number?

Hello @Jh2331.
Have you been able to contact our customer care team?
