Hello,
I lost my SIM card and I currently out of the UK. I ordered a new one and had a family member try to active it but the replacement doesn't seem the be picking up signal.
I trying to re-order a new one (ideally an e-sim this time) but I'm not able to to call and I not can't get on my app. Please help!

@misha-ri0 It takes up to 24 hours for a sim to activate. It needs to be left in a devices so it gets the activation information. Just restarting the devices a few times can help. But it’ll still take a few hours.

Hello @misha-ri0 ,
Welcome to the community,
Did you report to EE that you had lost your SIM card, as they can then block it, and you would need to request a replacement SIM card, which should then work. Did your family member activate the SIM card? It would need to be activated in the UK first before you receive it and use it abroad, so ESim will probably not work whilst abroad either.
