Hi
My wife has just returned from Singapore and couldn’t buy the EE mobile add on. She received a message on landing that directed her to the EE web page but the web page asked her to turn Wi-Fi off but then she couldn’t connect to the internet. So ended up in a catch 22 position. In the end she just bought a local Sim but wondered if anyone else has experienced something similar or has any solutions ?
Thanks

Hi @AB205
Welcome to the community.
I am sorry to hear your wife was unable to purchase a roaming add on, its hard to determine why this happened now she is back in the UK.
Here is some handy tips about Getting ready to use your phone abroad.
As Northerner mentioned you can purchase add ons via the app too.
Thanks

Nope. App doesn't work. When you try to purchase the add on it directs you to the webpage that insists you turn off WiFi then it doesn't work - so the EE app is as usual useless. I was forced to change my free add-on from European roaming to ROW. Very very annoying.
