Lost EE sim

Hi,
I currently live abroad in saudi arabia and I’ve lost my SIM card during the move. I was wondering if you could tell me what alternatives I have to gain access to my sim/number again?
I’ve been trying to find an appropriate EE email, but can’t find anything. I have friends who travel back and forth between the UK and Saudi so I was hopeful they could pick up the replacement sim for me. I want to keep my number. Any help at all would be greatly appreciated.

Hello @Andylid1924 ,

Welcome to the community,

Sim cards are sent to your UK address, and someone will have to activate it before it can be used abroad. If it is pay as you go, the person would need to first make a chargeable call or text for it to work. SIM cards do have to be activated in the UK first, whether pay as you go or contract SIM cards.

You need to report this urgently, and request a replacement SIM card, you can do this using something like Skype, see my signature, there is no email address for doing so. Hope this answers your question for you.
