I cannot call 150 as SIM has locked!

Welcome to the Community, @NunOfTheAbove.

If you have an online account, you should be able to log in and view your PUK code for unblocking your SIM.

You'll need to do this in a browser rather than the dedicated EE app.

Once logged in select Manage > Mobile and SIMs > select your number > scroll to Phones and devices > Your PUK code should be displayed here.

If you require a PIN as part of this, the default is usually 1111.

Just in case you're not able to check this online, you can also call our team from an alternative phone on 07953 966 150.
