I cannot call 150 as SIM has locked!

Welcome to the Community, @NunOfTheAbove.
If you have an online account, you should be able to log in and view your PUK code for unblocking your SIM.
You'll need to do this in a browser rather than the dedicated EE app.
Once logged in select Manage > Mobile and SIMs > select your number > scroll to Phones and devices > Your PUK code should be displayed here.
If you require a PIN as part of this, the default is usually 1111.
