Hi, 

I am trying to get in contact with EE via chat to avoid store and phone queing. I need some assitance/advice  in bringing to 2 numbers from a different provider to a monthly contract. 

How can i get in touch with costumer service this way?

  1. If you are on contract just click https://ee.co.uk/contact-ee and follow through for what you want until you see "Start conversation" to Live Chat during UK business hours.
  2. Once you've received your SIM from EE, get your PAC from your current network & give it to EE using Fill out this quick form to transfer your number .
