Keeping same number

I’ve been with EE for a number of years and have just upgraded my phone. My new phone has come with a new SIM card but I would like to keep my existing number that I already have with EE. Is this possible?

@Sammiesmeex : Can't you use your old SIM? As you upgraded you should be keeping your existing no. A new SIM is sent just in case the old 1 doesn't fit.

Hi @Sammiesmeex

As long as you did do an upgrade and not an additional number, just put your old SIM in your new phone and that's all you need to do.

Does MyEE show your new plan against your existing number?

My EE is showing two numbers on my account so I’m not sure.

You should be able to see the plan against each number?

Do you have a watch plan or another service with EE?

Yes I think it’s showing as two different plans?

I have no other services with EE just the phone.

Sounds like something may be amiss then. Worth a call to EE and checking what's been ordered.
