I have just switched from bt mobile to ee and have a pac code to keep my old number how do I do this now my new ee sim has arrived??

Yes, I have just been sent two EE SIMs to replace BT family SIMs, they have given me SIMs with random mobile numbers on and advised me to get a PAC code to keep my BT family SIM numbers and then fill a form in. Not happy with this, not done it before, the family SIMs are in phones which belong to my sister and my daughter and their phones are not with me,
I dont think BT have thought about family SIMs at all,

You need to get the PACs from BT.

I know you mentioned that you have a call back booked, but have you tried calling BT Mobile so they can answer your questions?

Oh god the 150 number which is another nightmare lots of options but getting too find the one you need or actually talk to a fellow human is the greatest challenge
