I have just joined EE from BT who told me Inwould keep my old number they have given me a pac code where do I enter this code? Please

Welcome to the EE Community,

when you spoke to the BT Mobile retentions team they should of informed you if they were using the PAC code or not when setting up your EE account I would call EE customer services on 150 to clarify if it has been requested for you or not.
