Just switched sim from 02 to EE

I switched from 02 to EE on Monday and the man said today the numbers would change over. Since about 10am I’ve had no internet signal and can’t send/receive texts or calls. I’ve tried restarting network settings and my phone a few times but nothing seems to be working???? I can’t make calls so I can’t call the EE number as it says I’ve dialled an incorrect number

That's normal. It can happen any time up to midnight. Just restart your phone every now and then and hopefully it'll pick up the EE network soon and start working.

My phone is still not working. Any idea what I do now ?

I think it should be working by now. I recommend speaking to our technical support team so they can check everything from our side for you.

Could you ask how I do this as mine and my mums phones are both not working as we switched the same day and have no other way of contacting as it’s saying ‘the number you have called doesn’t exist’

Are you able to try calling one of our contact numbers from another phone, @laurenbiggs8?

Which number will take me straight through to someone ? I’ve tried a few different ones on my partners phone but it keeps hanging up then just sending him texts as it’s not about his phone which is the problem
