Just moved from Sky mobile

Hi All

Took a sim only deal last Thursday (11 Dec). I provided my pac code and got the email with the plan details straight away but heard nothing since. Do I just wait for the sim and the. take it from there. 

Still able to utilise Sky mobile data.

To set up as a user when registering/linking your number, simply don't check the option which asks "are the account holder/bill payer". 
There will not be any mismatch as it won't be comparing with the account holders details.

You have to check the box that confirms you’re the account holder. Computer says no if you don’t and you can’t get past that page.

Please give Customer Service team a call on 150 where a guide will be able to help add the mobile number as user access to your online account.

Ok thanks. I guess you initially thought the system would allow me to do that?

That's right @Eurosceptiv. It would usually created a user account if you proceed without ticking the account holder box. 

If that doesn't work, our tech guides can help if you give them a call.
