Hi @Ana1409

Try looking under:

Little person icon (top corner) - settings - settings and permissions then scroll down Esim options.

I have the same problem got my s25 ultra today, nothing in box, app won't let me do anything gone into then setting and there's nothing?

@Ana1409 , @Abigail5259 , are you both on pay as you go or monthly contract? If pay as you go, you would need a physical SIM card, as ESims are only for contract customers.

If you cannot find the SIM card, you would have to request one or go into an EE high street store with photo ID and get one there.

It could be they are sending them out by second class post.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using Skype or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.

Hi @Abigail5259.

Welcome to the EE Community 😊

If you purchased this as a brand new contract, it should have given you the option to select a SIM or eSIM at the point of sale, can you remember what you selected?

With existing contracts, we would only send you a new SIM on request, so if you upgraded you should be good to pop your old SIM straight into the new phone.
