Welcome to the community,

It should definitely arrived by now, as SIM cards are sent via second class post.

If you are near an EE high street store, you can go there with photo ID and get one there, otherwise I would ring customer service and speak to them.

Unfortunately, we have no way of knowing who you are and there is no account access here, this is a public forum and most of us here are customers like you, helping people.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using web based app or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.
