New SIM only yesterday, received message to say set up on ee, reset phone (several times) but I can't make calls or receive texts - so I call 150 to try and speak to someone as I can only call over WiFi as have no call or text ability and the 150 automated response is - we will text you on how to speak to someone, so go through 150 again and the next response is we will check your line and text you... How can I sort my issue when I so not receive text?

Thanks all, I went into the shop and it was an issue with porting my number over. So all sorted now. Thanks both.

What is happening when you try to make a call or send a text?
Are you able to receive calls and texts to the phone?

When you say that you can "only call over WiFi", do you mean you are able to use WiFi-calling? This allows you to make & receive calls, send & receive texts completely as normal.
Or are you referring to just having an internet connection over WiFi?
