I have just upgraded and got my new phone. My old (over 10 years ) phone doesn't work at all - no problem I thought as the new one would do fine. No point replacing a really old phone with another if I can just get a new one...
However, to install the new sim card, the site is asking me to give my number and saying it will send a code to my old phone. Which I can't use because it doesn't work.
Is there a way I can get the code sent to an email address or to the account on here? Or to a landline?
Basically, can I get the sim card installed without needing my old phone?

@wibble2 You’ll need to call customer services about this as that code is your way to approve your number being moved from one sim to a new sim. Customer services should be able to help you with this.

Thanks for the help!
Silly question, but where do I find the number for customer support? Or even better, an email address? Can't seem to see it on this site, which is surprising?

@wibble2 at the top right hand of every page on the main EE site there is a contact us button.
pick your subject and you will be guided through to the appropriate page.
