@Dariia : As you want to keep your number, text PAC to 65075. It will respond with your PAC & how much you will have to pay in Early Termination Fees if you are still within your min term. Give the PAC to new provider. This will have the effect of cancelling your EE contract but you may be liable to pay early termination fees. Best to do this in last few days of your contract term so you have little or no overlap.
To phone EE CS: Dial Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 1 for Mobile Phone & Mobile Broadband or Option 2 for Home Broadband & Home Phone

I thought calls to Ukraine is for free like other provider
but EE stop it this year and no one let to know by text or mail about changes! Then charge me for 300 pounds for calls to Ukraine it’s fair! And I will not pay this amount! I’m from Ukraine alone mother with two kids on benefits in UK ! I cant pay from kids money! I don’t have job! With little infant now! And they kidding me, after one week unblocked, change my plan and again blocked! Bill 300 hundred pounds this is ridiculous!
