I have just transferred to EE from O2 and despite giving my Pac number to the BT salesperson who performed the switch my number hasn't transferred.
I have tried to get the PAC number again from the old O2 sim again but O2 won't release one ?
Is there anyone at EE that can help me ?

When did you give your PAC to EE? It should be actioned the following working day after doing so.
EE CS on 150 can access your account and check the status of your port-in.

Thank you.
150 service was great.
The number had transferred early this morning. The delay was because I switched on a Saturday, and the transfer then doesn't happen on the Monday but occurs in the early hours of Tuesday.

Hi @Sandypb
Have you transferred a number to EE and now have no signal?
Does the EE SIM card show any signal?

Hi @SzymonLacz.
Are you aware if your O2 SIM has stopped working now too?
If you are unable to contact 150 from your EE handset then please call 07953 966 150 from any other device.
