I am a broadband internet customer and I wanted to expand my offer. I tried to buy a phone several times and an error message appeared. I went to the store in person and it turns out that I already have a subscription with you, which I have never used. I was told to call and explain everything, but during the phone call it turns out that they don't see anything like that and can't find it.
