How do I order a new sim card but keep the same number?

Hi, Im looking to order a new SIM card (micro-SIM) that will fit into a newer smartphone but I want to keep the current phone number. The problem is I have an older bigger SIM card in this current phone and it wont fit into a new smartphone I bought.
I would also like to know (if possible) how to transfer contacts from an old phone (non smartphone) to a new smartphone - the contacts are currently saved to an older bigger SIM card.

Take new phone & old SIM into an EE shop with Photo ID & they'll transfer number, any SIM contacts & credit if applicable to a replacement SIM of correct size for free or order a replacement SIM online at Order a replacement SIM for £1.50 or phone CS for one. It will come as a Combi-SIM with all 3 sizes as push-outs.

To phone EE CS: Dial Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 1 for Mobile Phone & Mobile Broadband or Option 2 for Home Broadband & Home Phone

[Mod edit: Please do not share personal details as your posts are visible to the public. Thanks!]

@Ayaana123 : URGENT: Obscure your mobile no. & postal addy from this public site. You wanna be scammed?

0684... seems a funny no. for a mobile.

You need to call CS to report the loss & they will block it & send you a replacement SIM with the same no. to your UK addy.

Hi @Ayaana123

Thanks for updating your post and removing your details 🙂

@XRaySpeX is correct. If you give us a call we can get a SIM sent out, or you can pop into your local EE store with some photo ID, and they will be able to replace your SIM for you. You can find more information about replacing your SIM HERE.
