Call issue after porting

After having my old number ported to EE I can no longer make or receive calls - even through Wi-Fi calling. Texting seems to be ok. Therefore cannot call 150 to get the issue sorted

I would love to help you get this sorted, how long ago did the number transfer, was this today? 

Have you tried restarting your phone?

In addition... If you send a text to your ported-in number, do you receive it?
