I've moved to EE from BT. BT have already turned off my previous SIM services. The new EE sim is showing not provisioned. I cannot active the EE sim as I am unable ro receive a text or call on either the old or new sim card. There appears to be no chat function so how do I get the new SIM card up and running bearing in mind I cannot phone 150.

Try calling CS on the Freephone no. in my sig. from another phone.
