To report the SIM card as lost, please call us on 07953 966 250, our mobile guides will block the SIM card and send you a replacement with the same number.

If you have a Pay Monthly mobile contract you can chat with us through the EE app. Just head to the Help section, and message us.

I don't have the option to send a screenshot I'm afraid. As soon as you go into the app and go to the "Help" section it should show for all Pay Monthly mobile customers. 

Are you using the most up to date version of the app? 

Are you the account holder and have full access?
