My SIM card indicates no signal and I don't know why

Hi @Ndah.

Is this a new SIM card?

What phone are you using?

This is my new SIM card. I have used for two weeks now and they have cut
off my lines twice. I don't know why.
Presently, it shows no signal and I can use it. If this can be rectified
for me I will appreciate it.

Hi @Ndah.

Could you try restarting your phone? Do you know if anyone else at/near your address are having similar problems with their service?
