I am a customer EE and my deal expire în December I saw adv on Facebook about only sim 18.99 £ per month.,but when I am logging in my account doesn't appear show that is 23£ per month. Why I can't choose that deal cheaper.Thank you

Do you have a copy of the advert you've seen, with the terms & conditions?
It's likely that offer may be for new customers only, at a guess.
