@samuelolukitibi  put it in your phone and try restarting the device a few times as this can help register your Sim card on the network. It can take up to 24 hours to activate a Sim card. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
