Hello I need help with SIM PUK

EE or anyone who works at EE and can actually help me my SIM card is asking for a PUK code but i dont have it but also on my EE account it says no devices linked so i cant retrieve my PUK code but its same account because its same phone number so how am i supposed to use my SIM again the only important thing i need is my phone number so either that on a new SIM or my PUK code
