Hi guys i have an issue where i need to use my phone number when i call 150 it tell me to top up i message 150 and the message doesnt send and also the last thing they said was βHi from EE. As you haven't made a call, sent a text, used some data or topped up, you will now lose any remaining credit (as per our terms and conditions). Your service will also be disconnected within the next three months and we'll text you beforehand to let you know. Please call us on 150 if you would like to discuss this.β how do i stop because what else can i do with my number help me please i am so stressed please get back at me asap and i cant message any customer service im thinking to go to a shop also they said that i was inactive for over 180 and my seevice will be disconnected how do i stop this Team Ee do you need my number

@jordanneedshelp : You need to phone CS to reactivate it.
Your PAYG SIM has gone into hibernation due to non-use. If it has, topping-up now would be too late.
When did you previously make a chargeable action? EE PAYG SIMs are deactivated after 6 months of non-chargeable use. You then have a further 3 months period of grace to call EE to reactivate it before it is lost completely.
You needed to make a chargeable action like making a chargeable call or text, topping up or buying a Pack or Add-on, not just using your mins, texts or data from your pack.
