I have just purchased a Iphone 14, how do I go about getting an esim please?

Hi @SteveRob111 

Are you a new or existing customers?

Assuming you are an existing pay monthly customer with a physical SIM now, you just go into MyEE, settings and activate an eSIM.

I am a sim only customer, I bought the iphone 14 outright,I have been with EE a couple  of weeks ..
