ive been trying to transfer from physical sim to esim for a while..
every time i try to download , its "your download isnt working, thats our bad , try again in a little while.
ive a dual sim phone....i transferred that sim to esim without issue..
is this a known problem and is there a solution online, rather than phoning to get the process started?

@marco806 , are you on pay as you go or contract? eSIM is not available on pay as you go.
You may need to ring customer service if you are unable to do so if on contract.

Have you tried a different web browser and logging into your EE account online?
If so and this error shows, you would need to give us a call on 150 🙂
