@Bb1010 SIM cards are sent out Royal Mail 2nd class. When did you request a replacement?

@Bb1010 I recommend that you call customer services about this as you should have it by now. How did you originally request a replacement sim ?

Through EE app. However i cant even access my app anymore. The old sim i have is completely faulty, and i dont know where my new sim is??... also i am on a contract with ee. Does this mean they still take the money out from my bank??

Welcome to the community.
Yes, your plan is still charged as normal, even if the SIM is lost. I recommend speaking to our Mobile Care team from another phone, or popping into your nearest EE Store to get a replacement.
