I have just got a ee sim card and my phone is dual sim, I put the £10 subscription pack on but can't send texts or calls on my ee sim card, anyone know how to activate it or what I do? It says it will start after a text or call but I can't do this

Have you made the EE SIM, the primary/active one for outgoing calls & texts?
Does your phone show a connection to the EE network?
