Hi all,
I have just gotten a fairphone 4 from the fairphone website and would like to port my current physical sim (which is now >10 years old) to use the esim instead as I need the standard port for another network and the EE number is my main number.
How should I go about doing this? I have searched and though EE offer the fairphone 4 they don't seem to list it in their esim compatibility chart. Does that mean that I cannot get an esim for the fairphone4 and why not?
Thanks!
Jin

Welcome to the community.
I've checked our internal device guide and it does say that the Fairphone 4 is eSIM compatible.
If you follow the link below and order an eSIM, we'll send you a QR code to scan which will complete the transfer of your number from your old physical SIM to your eSIM. The instructions for your device are here on the Fairphone website.
Hope this helps. Let us know how you get on.
