I just got my contract phone and sim from EE but I’m still seeing old network provider. What should I do pls?

@Florencee : Once you've received your SIM from EE, get your PAC from your current network & give it to EE using Fill out this quick form to transfer your number .

Are you using your new EE SIM card? Are you going to port your mobile number from your previous network?

I want to port my mobile number from my previous network

 

And sorry I did not have EE sim, just my contract phone
