EE from O2 but number not porting?

New phone from EE and I was expecting my number to port within 24hrs as per my last couple of experiences doing this with other providers but its now been 72hrs (weekdays)

is this normal with EE?

Messages sent to 150 with PORT and correct PAC code with all relevant replies but nothing so far?

I'm glad to hear things sound like they're moving in the right direction 😊

Please keep us posted on how things go tomorrow, just be aware that whilst this is still going through you may notice service being split between your old and new number, but this shouldn't last into the following day. 

If you were still noticing issues from there, our technical team can take a closer look into things.

Update:

All done and dusted! As of lunchtime today everything went through, number finally ported and disconnected from previous provider.

No details on why it took so long but we're there now, sorted!
