Hi guys, sorry for the confusion, I have a SIM card in my apple iphone 12, and I am moving to Iphone 15 Pro with eSIM, staying with EE of course, and I am on a monthly contract....
Do I have to do anything when I have the new iPhone 15 ? if I use the Apple quick transfer is the process automatic, or do I have to go on a website/app to move from SIM (12) to eSIM 15 ?

Thanks for this, I see on the EE app there is a "what do you want my number to be SIM or eSim" and then instantly downloadable so that sounds like a goer - thanks Leanne

A replacement SIM includes switching from physical SIM to eSIM. If you weren't with EE you wouldn't be ordering a  replacement SIM but a new SIM.

Why don't you just put your old SIM in your new phone? Why do you need an eSIM?

@chistery   I was about to post the same.

@sibruv   the iPhone 15 use a sim and or an eSim.  It’s not a eSim only device.  that’s only sold in the US

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
