I ordered a sim only contract with EE on the 28th December using a STAC code so they could cancel my current O2 contract for me when I put in my new sim and received my new EE number. I’ve had no updates to my delivery it still hasn’t arrived and I’m my bill is about to renew with O2 which means I’ll be paying an extra month airtime. It won’t let me track my order and I’ve tried phoning.
