I recently switched from BT to EE broadband and included EE One with my package. I swapped my ee phone account to it, is it possible to add my partner's ee sim to it too, she has ee sim contract,

Not if she has her own separate a/c. To qualify for EE One all mobile nos. have to be on same a/c as the BB.

Hello

please can you advise how the unlimited data boost works if you choose to switch mobile plans and add BB. I have an ee plan currently which I want to change as it's expensive and am thinking to switch to EE BB at the same time. Can I select the new mobile plan and then have the data boost applied as it will be over £11? thanks

If you switch the broadband first, you'll then have access to the EE One offers on SIM Only on 1-month rolling contracts.

These start at £11.50pm and are as follows:

Unlimited No Frills (10mbps max speed) £11.50

Unlimited Essentials (100mbps max speed) £14.50

Unlimited Essentials Plus (100mbps max speed + EU Roaming + Unlimited Watch Data) £17.50

Unlimited All Rounder (Uncapped Speeds + 5G SA + EU Roaming + Unlimited Watch Data + 1 Basic Inclusive Extra) £23.50

Unlimited Full Works (Uncapped Speeds + 5G SA + EU Roaming + Further Roaming + Unlimited Watch Data + 1 Premium Inclusive Extra) £29.50

Thanks @Matt_124 What happens to my existing plan if I switch, does that get cancelled and replaced by the 1 month rolling automatically or do I need to cancel the existing one? How do I ensure my number transfers?

Thanks again, so many questions,   been trying 150 but to no avail unfortunately.

By taking out EE Broadband, your current EE PAYM mobile tariff will not be affected apart from automatically being given an Unlimited Data Boost addon for free.

After the Broadband order is processed and recognised on your account, you can then proceed to upgrade your plan and should be presented with the choice of the above offers in the SIM Only section as part of the Upgrade journey.

No need to port any numbers if you're currently on an EE Pay Monthly Plan, just place your upgrade order.
