Just transferred to a new phone selected e sim option and now my old sim card has stopped working and e sim not working how can i fix this

@Sonya_73   You should have put your sim in the new device and then setup the eSIM from that sim.  Your old device wasn’t using an eSIM so nothing got transferred over to the new device eSIM and your sim got deactivated.  The quickest way to resolve this is to go to a store and request a replacement SIM card and then if you still want to use the eSIM you can.  

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

If you do pop into an EE store as @Chris_B suggested, make sure to take some photo ID with you so they can activate the new SIM for you.
