Took out an EE contract yesterday, had to cancel within 24 hours. Apprently the app is not compatible with my Google chromebook, so had no way of downloading E Sim. This is the second time I've cancelled an EE contract, they seem to want to make everything as difficult as possible.

I'm sorry to hear that you've cancelled your order. The Customer Support team should be able to send you a scannable QR code to download the eSIM. Alternatively, if you're able to pop into your nearest EE Store, they'll help you get it set up.
