Driving me insane. Looking to move away from EE - basic things don't work.

I'm going to keep this simple, because I'm very close to just leaving this provider, after only just signing up.

I purchased a new iPhone and plan, I provided my PAC from Three.

Eventually received the phone, and activated it. I've been given an eSIM with two numbers, which I didn't ask for neither need - I also, still after 4 days, haven't had my number from Three moved over.  You're about to cost me another month with Three, of which I'd expect a refund from EE for on my plan.

Please can someone look into this for me; the live chat option is non-existent in the app and I'm sure as hell not spending any more time on the phone chasing up something that should be automatic. I had enough of that with the despatch of the device.

Thank you,

Thom.

A SIM can only have one number, whether it's physical or electronic makes no difference.

I don't see why any process issue would cost another month with any other provider - it would only cost the days that are actually delayed.

PACs are actioned the working day after they are submitted - but weekends are not working days. There's no account access on this forum.
