Doro phones

I have a Doro phone and purchased another one from Amazon, which I've received. I tried inserting the sim card from the old phone but it says sos calls only. Where should I get a sim to fit the Doro2424? I am already with EE and wonder why the sim isn't working

@Guest98 : Your SIM may already have push-outs for the 3 diff sizes of SIM. If not, take phone & old SIM into an EE shop with Photo ID & they'll transfer number, any SIM contacts & credit if applicable to a replacement SIM of correct size for free or order a replacement SIM online at Order a replacement SIM for £1.50 or phone CS for one. It will come as a Combi-SIM with all 3 sizes as push-outs.

For clarity... this statement seems to imply that "I have tried to insert the SIM from my old phone but it doesn't fit the Doro 2424 and so I can't get a network connection". Is that what you're saying?

Or are you saying that your existing SIM fits the Doro 2424 but it's not working?

The answer to the first question is what's already been posted above. The answer to the second question is, does your existing SIM still work in your old phone?
