Difficulty with switching to EE

Chinedu
Visitor

About a month ago, I switched from EE to giffgaff. I transferred my number to giffgaff. While using giffgaff, I experienced poor network service and decided to switch back to EE when my monthly plan was over. It ended yesterday, so I tried to switch back. However, the first step in the transfer process is to enter my EE mobile number but since I transferred that number to giffgaff already, I don't have an EE number. How do fix this and move forward?

Any advice will be highly appreciated.

Thank you

You either need to have an active EE subscription to submit your PAC to port-in, or submit that PAC as part of ordering a new EE SIM/phone.

You need to order an EE SIM 1st before you may give instructions to port your no. in.
