To EE staff
I already order 1 sim card at 09 Oct. No any SMS or Email to let me know the order which day deliver. I use "Track an order" only show "Sorry, we can't show your order details right now.". I want to know how many day can deliver to my address.

@TerryFung18 there is no tracking when you order a Sim card as it sent out by Royal mail second class. There was a Royal Mail strike this week ( Thursday) but you should have this by now. It might be worth calling customer services to make sure that your order actually went through
